1. All CoolSportsTM line products carry a 30-days/
1,000 miles limited warranty for normal usage. All
warranty exclusions listed below are NOT covered.
2. Warranty work will be performed by customer,
or a dealer in customer's area. ANC will provide
parts for repair. We cover no labor cost. All dealer
repairs must be proved by ANC prior to the repair
works being performed. All approvals are at the
discretion of American New Century, Inc.
3. ANC reserves right to demand return of defective
parts for exchange. The failure to return the defective
parts will cost your chance of getting replacement
parts under warranty term.
Exclusions: Failures other than those resulting
from defect in material or workmanship are not covered
by this warranty. This warranty does not extend
to any one of the cases listed below:
1. Exceeding the warranty period or warranty mileage.
2. Products that have not been registered with American
New Century Inc. through warranty registration.
3. Services rendered by any dealer other than authorized
dealers.
4. Owner fails to use and maintain the unit based
on the requirements stated in the owner's manual.
5. Parts or accessories affected or damaged by improper
maintenance, misuse, neglect, theft, fire, accident
and/or collision and any other incidental damage.
6. Use of unsuitable attachments or parts, or the
unauthorized alteration of any parts.
7. Alteration of the odometer mileage so that the
actual mileage cannot be determined. Such alteration
may void the warranty.
8. Plastics, moldings or body covers or other wearable
parts and maintenance items such as (but not limited
to) spark plugs, light bulbs, lubricants, filters,
hoses, brake shoes, tires/tubes, or electrical parts
are not covered under warranty.
