SCOOTER ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
I. Assembly
A. Handlebar -
1.While in the box - First assemble the handlebars by
placing them on the post sticking up on the front of the
scooter. Make sure that the bars are pushed ALL THE WAY
down on scooter then take the supplied barrel screws.
Approx. 1" long and a Phillips head screw and washer.
Insert the screw through the front post and through the
safety catch which is shown in (Figure 1. )
Tighten the screw down.
2. The clamp, which comes preset on the post, should be
placed at the very bottom of the handlebar post next to
base before tightening. Tighten the clamp until the handlebars
are locked firmly in place.
3. Install the handlebar extensions. When inserting the
thumb screws (for bars), be sure to place a washer between
the thumb screw and the bar. This is very important to
keep the thumb screws tight.
C. Take the 2 part seat post. The larger post with the
hole drilled through is the bottom seat post.
1. The post should be placed so that the drilled hole
is near the bottom next to the scooter frame. ( Figure
2.) Insert the barrel scooter through the seat post and
safety stop. Tighten the barrel screw down.

2. Bottom clamp should be at the base of the shaft next
to the scooter frame. Tighten down.
3. Insert the top seat post into the bottom seat post.
Tighten clamp.
4. Attach the seat (saddle ) to the top of the seat post.
D. Lift the scooter from the box. The Styrofoam which
holds the front end of the scooter should be used to help
steady the scooter while installing the front wheel. Place
the foam under the front section of the scooter frame
so that the scooter forks are accessible.
E. Front Wheel assembly -
1. Insert axle through the front wheel. Use the provided
black spacer between the wheel and front fork assembly.
One on each side.
2 . Place (in this order) the other components as pictured.
Safety washer, lock washer and nut.
Lift the front wheel assembly into the front fork. Place
the spacers on the inside of fork and the safety washer
on outside with tab of safety washer inserted into the
front fork. This will hold the wheel in place while tightening
the nuts.
3. Tighten the nuts until lock washers are fully compressed
and nuts are tight.
F. Insert fuse into the fuse holder of scooter. IF
NOT INSTALLED, SCOOTER WILL NOT RUN and none of the
dash lights will light up.

2. Install top of box to bottom of box with 4 lock washers
and 4 nuts supplied with trunk.

2 screws and steel plate on the inside of trunk. The
rubber pad should be inside the trunk under the steel
plate .
