Brake Adjustment
This scooter is equipped with a very important safety feature. The scooter will not start when the brake is in the ON position. The brakes on the scooter come
pre-adjusted but may need to be re-adjusted at a later date. There are 2 ways to adjust:
1. turning the adjuster screws on the brake/bar clockwise will loosen the brake and turning them counter-clockwise will tighten them.
2. Reposition the brake cable by loosening the nut at the brake mechanism and pull cable through the bolt to tighten the brakes.
However, we strongly recommend having a professional make any necessary adjustments.
