1. Fill-out and submit Dealer Application Form.

2. Dealer must have a show room and is able to perform service to customer.

3. Dealer will commit to sell only "CoolSports" brand scooter, unless the model we do not carry.

4. Dealer must purchase general liability insurance for the aggregate amount of at least $500,000.00.

5. Dealer should have good credit history. ANC will conduct credit history check.

6. The protected territory is based on your monthly sale revenue.
